Code of conduct

Our event reaches over a thousand participants in one day. It is quite a large number of people. In order to meet the expectations of the community, we create this code of conduct to define the rules related to accessibility and acceptance of cultural and social differences.

We will also try to present you what behaviors will not be accepted or tolerated. Each participant, speaker, partner or volunteer will automatically accept this Code of Conduct and, more importantly, will be bound to abide by it.

The golden rule is simple:

Treat others the way you want to be treated yourself.

Also remember that
about a few other rules:

We do not tolerate any behavior that may even involve intolerance, "hate" or hatred.

Each of us is equal. You can come from anywhere in the world, do all sorts of things, have a different opinion (or no opinion), age, appearance, sexual orientation, physical or intellectual fitness level, religion, employment, earnings level, Sketch's preference over Figma, but remember that you are here to learn something. Each of us wants to do it in a nice and friendly atmosphere, and these differences do not matter here.

Politics is a fun topic, but leave it at home. If you really have to, put it aside for an interview during the conference break.

Think, speak and do so that everyone at the conference feels safe.

We assume that no one came to the conference to argue or fight for their right. Clarify ambiguities and misunderstandings immediately by communicating them directly. Do it with respect for the other party. There is no need to argue at such a fun event.

Try to avoid bad language and stay level.

We do not tolerate any behavior that may even involve intolerance, "hate" or hatred.

If you notice or find yourself in a situation where the above points are violated, let someone from the organizing team know. You can also send an email describing the situation to, or contact us in any other way convenient for you.

We will do our best to provide you with a sense of security during the conference.

A person who does not follow the rules described above will be asked to:
• change of behaviour.
• leave the conference.

We reserve the right to ask anyone whose behavior significantly violates this code to leave the conference area (without a refund of the admission ticket).

We try to meet your expectations and eliminate any difficulties that affect your reception of the conference. If you have special needs, allergies or need help in any way, please contact one of the organizers or volunteers.

Have you seen someone not following these rules?
